For orders made online on the getGrowee.com website within the 45-day return window, we provide a straightforward return process, backed by a 2-year warranty on most products.

Return & Refund Policy for Orders in the 45-Day Return Window
We accept returns only for products purchased directly from our website. For items bought from another vendor, please contact them directly, and they will coordinate with us as necessary.
- Return Request: Customers must submit a return request within 45 days of the original order date by emailing us with the product’s RC code and/or proof of purchase.
- Return Process: Once approved, we will provide detailed shipping instructions along with a return shipping label.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once verified, a refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued minus any applicable shipping costs. Once a Growee order has been shipped or shipping documents have been created, a refund can only be processed once the item is received back at our facility or returned to its original shipping location.
Please note that, once a refund is approved, it may take several days to weeks for the funds to appear in the customer’s account due to processing times by the payment carrier. This timeframe is based on the carrier’s process and timeline.
Additional Return Scenarios
For orders that are not collected or are delayed due to unpaid import duties or other import-related issues, once the item is returned to us, we will process the refund within the standard refund timeframe. The refund will exclude shipping costs and any additional fees required to return the product to us, such as taxes, VAT, import duties, or other associated costs.
Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to address any import-related requirements or issues imposed by authorities, both prior to and after shipment.
Warranty Policy
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, with the exception of probes, which are covered for 1 year.
To Activate Warranty:
- Contact us by email with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- We will verify that the product has not been misused or damaged due to unauthorized use or any other case listed in the warranty exclusions below.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the defective product and cover all shipping costs related to the return and replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
- Incorrect Operation: Using the product with improper electrical voltage or current or without the Growee power supply.
- Improper Usage: Misuse, neglect, accidents, poor maintenance, or exposure to harmful substances and extreme conditions.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, repairs, or services performed by unauthorized individuals.
- Altered Serial Number: Removal or alteration of the product’s serial number.
- Acts of God: Damage due to natural disasters such as lightning, floods, or earthquakes.
- Unauthorized Combination: Using the product with unauthorized components or equipment.
- Resold or Second-Hand Products: Products that have been resold, purchased second-hand, or bought from sources other than verified resellers are not covered by this warranty.
