Return & Refund Policy for Orders in the 45-Day Return Window

We accept returns only for products purchased directly from our website. If the product was purchased from another vendor, please contact the original seller; they will coordinate with us on your behalf.

Customers must contact us with a return request via email within 45 days of the original online order.

To initiate a return, email us with the product’s RC code and/or proof of purchase. Upon approval, we will provide shipping instructions and the return shipping label via email.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once verified, we will issue a refund.


Warranty Policy

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, except for probes, which are covered for 1 year.

Activating the Warranty:

To make a warranty claim, contact us via email with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will verify that the product has not been misused, transferred, or damaged through unauthorized use or any other case listed in the warranty exclusions below.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the defective product and cover the shipping costs for the returned products and the replacement.

Warranty Exclusions:

Incorrect Operation: Using the product with improper electrical voltage or current or not using the Growee Power supply.

Improper Usage: Subjecting the product to abuse, negligence, misuse, accidents, poor maintenance, or exposure to harmful substances and extreme conditions.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, services, or repairs done by unauthorized individuals.

Altered Serial Number: Removal or alteration of the product’s serial number.

Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, or hurricanes.

Unauthorized Combination: Use of the product with unauthorized components or equipment.
