Return and Limited Warranty Policy


Growee Technologies Ltd. (“Growee Technologies”) guarantees that its products, including the Hydro Master and its accompanying power supply, pH Balancer, Nutrient Doser, pH, and EC probes  (collectively referred to as the “Product”) will be free from material and workmanship defects for a specific period following the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Periods for specific products are as follows:

  • Hydro Master and Power Adapter: 24 months from the date of purchase
  • pH and EC Probes: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • pH Balancer: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Nutrient Doser: 12 months from the date of purchase

During the Warranty Period, Growee Technologies, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any Product that is found to be defective. This Return and Limited Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) does not cover a refund of the purchase price, labor costs, or costs associated with the removal, shipment, return, or reinstallation of a Product.


Conditions for Warranty and Return Claims

Growee Technologies will not process any Warranty or Return Claim if:

  • Unauthorized Purchase: The Product was not purchased directly from Growee Technologies or from an authorized retailer.
  • Proof of Purchase: An original invoice or proof of payment is not provided. Such proof must be emailed to [email protected] and receive approval by the Growee team.
  • Time Frame: The date indicated on the proof of payment or invoice must fall within the specified Warranty Period for each Product.

In order to ascertain if you purchased your Product from an authorized retailer, you may inquire with the seller or fill out the Warranty Return Request, and Growee Technologies will notify you if this policy applies to your purchase.


Submission of Warranty Claims

To submit a Warranty Claim, send a Warranty Return Request to [email protected]. Your request will be reviewed, and upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and return instructions. Please note, any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.

Growee Technologies reserves the right to require proof of purchase in appropriate and reasonable circumstances. Once your Warranty Return Request is received and approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization.


Warranty Exclusions

Growee Technologies will not provide warranty coverage for any Product if any of the following conditions, as determined by Growee Technologies at its sole discretion, apply:

(a) Incorrect Operation: The Product was operated at a different electrical voltage or current than specified in the Product’s instructions, including but not limited to the information provided in the Product’s labels, the “Terms of Use”, the “Installation Guide”, and the “User Guide” (collectively, the “Guides”).

(b) Improper Usage: The Product was subjected to abuse, negligence, misuse, accident, inadequate or improper maintenance, or exposure to damaging substances, conditions, environments, or temperatures.

(c) Unauthorized Modification or Repair: The Product was modified, serviced, or repaired by unqualified or unauthorized individuals.

(d) Non-compliance with Guides: The Product was not installed, operated, maintained, and serviced in strict compliance with the Guides.

(e) Non-compliance with Codes and Standards: The Product was not installed, operated, and serviced in strict compliance with applicable electrical, building, and mechanical codes and did not adhere to the best industry standards and practices, including strict compliance with the Guides.

(f) Altered Serial Number: The serial number of the Product was altered or removed.

(g) Mishandling: The Product was mishandled, including but not limited to, any opening of, or tampering with, the casing of the Product, by you or any third party.

(h) Acts of God: The Product was affected by an “Act of God”, including but not limited to lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane.

(i) Unauthorized Combination: The Product was combined or used together with unauthorized components or equipment.

(j) Special Sales Conditions: The Product was sold “as is”, as a sample, or under similar circumstances, to you.

In the event of any of the conditions above, Growee Technologies reserves the right to reject any Warranty Claim.

Receipt of Returned Products

Growee Technologies will not process any Warranty Claim until the returned Product is received at the location specified in the Return Authorization (the “Return Address”). For your Product to be eligible for replacement or repair, you must show an invoice or proof of payment for purchasing the product from Growee Technologies’ website or an authorized reseller.

Please note, you will be solely responsible for pre-paying all shipping, insurance, and other costs related to returning your item, and all such costs are non-refundable. Growee Technologies will not accept any collected shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your Warranty Claim. If your Warranty Claim is rejected, Growee Technologies is under no obligation to return the returned Product to its sender.


Repair and Replacement Process and Timeframe

Upon receipt of your returned Product, Growee Technologies will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product, as determined by Growee Technologies, within approximately 2-4 weeks from the date we received your product. Please note that the actual timeframe may vary based on the nature of the repair, availability of replacement parts, and other factors. You will be notified of the status of your warranty claim via the email address provided in your claim.


Unrepairable Products or Discontinued Models

In instances where the defective product cannot be adequately repaired, or the identical model is no longer available for replacement, Growee Technologies reserves the right to either replace the faulty product with another model possessing comparable quality and functionality or refund the original purchase price. Decisions and subsequent procedures will be communicated to the claimant via email.

Shipping Costs and Procedures

The claimant bears sole responsibility for all costs associated with shipping, insurance, and any other charges pertinent to the return of the defective product to the stipulated Return Address. Such costs are non-refundable, and Growee Technologies does not accept collect shipments.

However, in the event of a validated warranty claim, Growee Technologies will bear the shipping costs associated with delivering the repaired or replaced product back to the claimant. It should be noted that any customs fees, duties, or other charges incurred due to international shipping fall under the responsibility of the claimant.

Policy Updates and Jurisdiction

Growee Technologies reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, by updating this posting on the Growee Technologies website. Any changes will be effective upon the posting of the revisions on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the website and the Policy to stay informed about our practices.

This Policy shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel applicable to agreements formed and entirely performed therein. Any action, suit, or other proceeding arising under or relating to this Policy shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the sole jurisdiction of such courts.
